We are lucky enough to have fantastic patients who praise our practice during their visit or leave online reviews, and we love it! The greatest compliment you can give us is the referral of your friends and family.
As a thank you, we have designed a Referral Program
HOW IT WORKS
For each family you refer (and yes, they have to make and complete an appointment), you earn a spin on our Prize Wheel for a thank you gift between $10 and $50.
We will place your name in our cash drawing. The drawing will be conducted in December (before Christmas). For more information, check out our Grand Prize Drawing info!

For each referral/spin, your name will be entered into our Grand Prize cash drawing (drawing to be held in December)!
NOTE: To qualify for the Referral Program, you (or your child/children) must be a current patient and the individual that you refer must book and complete their appointment before the end of the calendar year.
Grand Prize Drawing
Everyone needs to go to the dentist… why not earn Cash in the process and have a chance to win?
To be entered into our Grand Prize drawing, all you have to do is refer family or friends! If they book and complete their appointment and put your name in the “Referred By” field on the New Patient Form, you’ll automatically earn a Spin on our Prize Wheel for each family you refer. That’s Right, if you refer two families and they complete their appointment, you get to spin the prize wheel twice and your name will be entered into our drawing to win our cash drawing! The more you refer… the more your name goes into the drawing and the more chances you have to win cash!
Our drawing will take place shortly before Christmas. We will notify the winner via phone or e‐mail. Good luck and thanks again for your continued support!
